EXCHANGES: You can contact via email about exchanges. If you ordered a wrong size, we will try our best to handle on a case by case basis. An additional shipping charge may be required. If a wrong size was ordered and we are out of the correct size, a refund may be given on return of the item. One will have to pay for return shipping on all returns and exchanges. Returns and Exchanges will only be CONSIDERED up to 10 days after receiving item. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I like to make my items available to everyone! Pricing is based off of USPS prices for shipping INTL and per item basis, as some items require insurance, especially for any ONE OF A KIND artpiece. As an independently owned small business, I do my best to provide the lowest possible shipping rate, while still being able to provide the worldwide shipping service. Shipping can take anywhere from 10-15 business days USUALLY for international orders, but can also take longer. This is because time in Customs, size of package, etc, can vary a lot from Order to Order and Country to Country. Refunds will not be given for items lost in the mail because of an incorrect address. SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.  We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may occur when items are sent outside of the US. This is the responsibility of the customer.

*Please Note: Intl shipping charges also range because some of my products being hand-made art pieces, have to be insured. This causes the shipping cost to increase greatly for International Orders.

OTHER GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: There are no refunds for items lost in the mail because of an incorrect address given by the customer. Re-shipping costs because of an Incorrect address entered at check out, will be the responsibility of the customer. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT.
